Spotlessly clean place with skilful staff and magnificent view of the mountains. Unbeatable location in Sierra Nevada and close to a gondola station. Plenty of great bars and restaurants in the area. The hotel of choice in Sierra Nevada.

Wi-Fi was very poor.

Basic breakfast.

Loved the place, it was quirky and perfect and worked for me. The bar served a huge variety of meals for breakfast. The property was in the centre of the city.

The staff on the front desk were very helpful and accommodating. The location of the apartments is perfect, right in the center of the resort near great bars and restaurants. The main gondola is also very close, making it convenient for skiing. Ski lockers were included with the room, and there was a secure luggage room to store our belongings after checkout. These amenities were a real bonus, allowing us to enjoy one more full day on the slopes.

Felt like royalty, no complaints.

The situation is perfect, just a few steps away from the ski lift. The view is beautiful, and there are some nice friendly bars very close.

Location: the hotel was really close to the ski lifts and all the bars/restaurants, Trevenque, and the main gondola. I booked well-equipped and well-kept room with beds for everyone.

Marvellous setting, just next door to the Al-Andalus ski lift as well as the common areas such as the bar which had a great view to the mountains. Also, in the supermarket across the street. Such a fine stay in February.

The location of this hotel is perfect, right in the center of the resort near some great bars and restaurants and very close to the main gondola. It was great to step out of the hotel and be right in the heart of all the action. The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful. The reception staff gave us great advice on restaurants in the area and the bar staff made our stay as comfortable as possible. They really went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The rooms at this hotel were spacious and had a great view of the Sierra Nevada. The bathroom was nice and the kitchen had all the amenities we needed. It was the perfect place to relax after a long day on the slopes.

In terms of improvements, the wifi could be better. Although it was available in the lobby on the lower levels, it was very slow and the signal was sometimes lost.

Real good stay, as always. Modern accommodation with ideal setting short walk to centre of amenities, all the slopes, shops and restaurants and the main plaza. Really helpful, skilled staff towards all guests🙂

The hotel is in a perfect location, right in the heart of the mountain, with easy access to the lifts, bars, shops, and restaurants. You can't beat the convenience of being right on the plaza in a flat area of the village, making it easy to explore and enjoy all that the area has to offer.

All was absolutely fine during our stay.

The hotel was in a great location, close to all the facilities of the ski resort. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The whole place was too hot. It was too cold to open the windows but the heating was overpowering!

The hotel's location is excellent, with free lockers in the car park across from the entrance. The apartment-sized room was superb, with all the necessary amenities like a cooktop, microwave, fridge, and full bath tub. The balcony provided beautiful views of the garden and the mountain. The hotel also offered discounted ski hire and the convenience of buying ski passes at the reception. The breakfast was great, and the staff were very nice. The car park with access to store skis was a bonus, especially for skiing enthusiasts. The apartment was warm and cozy, perfect for a comfortable stay.

Felt so much at home, no reason to complain.
